Squat: 275x5x3
Bench press: 170x5x3
Dips: 13, 10, 8

Bench felt really light. Joining a box. Could be my last week. Really nice gains over 6 months.

I've finally found a box that works for my goals and schedule. Very excited! Any tips on what NOT to do so I'm not "that guy"? Any tips on what to do, to be received well? Thanks!

Weighted dips: 22.5x5x2, 22.5x7x1

Power cleans felt really light. I think my form is improving. I was using my legs more.

Having rowed through high school and college, I can tell you that I pull much harder strapped in. I would practice unstrapped for form work, but I would never race unstrapped.

No metcon until lungs are better.

Deadlift felt somewhat light. Good room to run there I think. Most chinups I've ever done. Felt great!
