Does anyone have a sub for kicks to the nuts? My nuts can't handle straight kicks yet, but I'm working towards it by trying advanced parkour moves over rails with no prior experience.

Nutrition is how you cut fat, not by changing how you work out. You said you've been eating to gain weight....now change it up and eat to lose weight. Lots of vegetables, some meat and fruit.

Mike, what helped me the most was to think about driving my knees up towards my chin. A lot of Kipling muscle-ups is in the legs. The arms will guide you, but use the legs to drive upward.
