Ok like last night I did Crosspit for 24 minutes and got a good workout in, than did weightlifting than abs.Any answers to the rowing substitute?

How long after workout till hydration window closes.

Knowing I have to work after my morning sessions, I was thinking a 1.5 hour workout how long till my window closes for hydration and nutrition.?

I'm not understanding when it says do 15,10,5 sets of whatever. I thought a set was 1 of what ever number of reps?
