I guess i have been using that technique all along.....try running more upright and picking up the speed. I use the same technique even during long distance runs, trail runs etc. just not on steep...

I stretch till I can stand it anymore and hold for a min of 30 sec....i have noticed massive improvements (maybe because I was very unflexible at first). I just do normal stretching and hold longer...

I work 12-18 hr shifts 5 days a week on my feet climbing stairs etc. Working out gives me more energy, but since I am on my feet all day my legs have adapted to carrying my weight and maintaining...
