Add some healthy fats to your lunch and dinner, and maybe add in some PWO carbs. Everyones different, but 2400-2500 cals is probably good for you to gain some muscle while staying lean.

Dont cut back on your calories much, you're 175. Change your macros, cut out sugar, lower your carbs and up your fat and protein. Cals in the 3500 range would be good with your activity level.

I use ON Gold Standard Natural Whey and I really like it. Very high quality protein and one of the easiest Whey's I have tried in terms of digestion. Mixed w berries or banana PWO works great for me.
