Yesterday did CFWU 3x's and played bball for an hour. Didn't eat very well. Today I have only had one 12 Coke which would explain the splitting headache.

Sorry to say, I think I hit a wall. Not sure what happened. Made it to 2 mile mark at 17 min. Was feeling ok. By 2.5 I was getting dizzy and legs were cramping. Had to walk a few times. Final time...

Oh yeah I have been watching. I was perplexed by Dalhausser and Rogers 1st match. I wanted them to win but I really love watching major upsets. Looks like they are back on form today.

I am such a slacker. Last week I did some traveling w/ work and haven't worked out in several days. Probably was needed, my legs were sore for several days b/c of three straight days of volleyball....
