I've been trying to find some sort of tumbling classes local to me but all I come up with are classes for school grade children. Does gymnastic instructing for adults even exist?

Re: What's up with my knee?

I've done a bunch of moderate foam rolling. Would your recommend doing PNF stretching and Kelly Star's stretching while having an injury?
