The shakiness is in my arms. My hands are a little outside of my shoulders. Maybe I should try to get them a little wider.

Definitely check out your running gate like someone else said. You may need to shorten it.

My go to distance is Oly, but I have done Iron distance (For iron distance, keeping weight on is a challenge in itself). As for OCR, I've done the Super Spartan, which I think is the 8 mile race.

So my squat, I lost about 10 lbs from the way I was doing it, to the correct way (225 to 215). I still need to try bench and see how that goes.
