I workout at 5:30 AM. With my family and job obligations that is MY time but is my only time to go lift. A bad nights sleep can ruin it in a heartbeat since I lift so early. I have been taking ZMA...

Some of the WODs are easily done at these gyms. Today's for example was no problem. Yeah, I got some looks for doing it but at least it could be done all in one area without much trouble.
