Re: 5/3/1 and Front Squats

Hip Long Axis Distraction
A question for PTs out there...does anyone know of any videos that show how someone can self administer some hip long axis distraction with the help of a mobility band?

Re: shoulder flexibility
Hard to say what you need to work on without looking at your posture and where your form breaks down during overhead squats. Can't tell you the number of people I've seen who blame tight shoulders...

Re: Light headed during cleans
If you're getting lightheaded during the lift and then it quickly goes away, it's probably because you're breathing wrong. If you're taking a deep breath before the lift and holding it in you...

Re: weight wendler
Benefit of the doubt...Maybe it's a detail lost or overlooked in the translation. Don't think Wendler offers an Italian edition of 5/3/1/.

Are you training in the evening? Intense exercise raises body temperature/heart rate and has an "alerting effect" that makes sleep difficult. I know a lot of people who train in the evening--anywhere...
