Re: I live in a Condo. Equipment ideas?
I will repeat what he said - rings. No space (almost), strength, flexibility and yep, pullups are in there too. Past that an apartment is rough to work in; get you a KB (or two), jump rope, and...

Inov 8 F-light 195 vs. New Balance MT 101
I am looking to get a new pair of shoes for all-around workout use. I cannot decide between these two and was hoping someone could offer input. I know the Inovs are preferred here but I really do...

"Slim" Chuck's
Has anyone tried the 'slim' chucks with the thinner sole? My main complaint about my chucks is that they are too heavy (albeit this is compared to VFF's/Inovs). With that, the slim version looks...

Re: Started using a belt for squats and deads
To me, a belt like so much else, is by the user. I used one years and years back, every heavy leg lift; but when I started CF I dropped the belt and the few times I have used one since, it seems to...

Cheap Shoe Sale
I hate to post links to shopping material, but this sale seems too good to not share.
6pm is running a pretty descent sale at the moment on several CF friendly models:

Re: Crossfit Shoes
I am looking into possibly getting a pair of these as I want to vary my workout shoes from just VFF's, and I am going to start learning to run trace; does anyone else have input on the Tiger 81's?
