Good for you.

Keep the protein high and add some more fat to your diet so you dont lose weight too fast. That and keep your resistance training intensity high, and you wont have to worry about...

Increasing physical stress on your body through exercise, even if its just some added jogging, is going to increase muscle mass and bone...

Technically speaking, any protein you put into your body is going to tip your ph scales toward being acidic. Whether it be fish/steak/pork/eggs/dairy, its gonna have a net acidic effect on the body....
