MDUSA is out of stock. Rogue has them in stock, but I'm just wondering if anyone has found...

Re: Review of Get Rx'd Equipment
Hey guys,
How noisy is the WOD Bar 4.0 when dropped? I'm in a home gym and "stealth workouts" are ideal. Can does it compare to the Ohio Bar as far as clangy-ness?
Thanks!

Re: Achilles recovery

Re: Bar drifting away from my body
I agree that the drill work from the knee and the hip will help a lot... as long as you get to your knee slowly and "sweep" the bar back to you while you're doing so.
The simple cue of "elbows...

Re: Strength Shop USA
Thanks for the replies, guys. Turns out the bars have a center knurl, so I'll be going with something else... prob one of the new Rogue's or the AF Team BB.
Thanks, again.

Strength Shop USA
Has anyone ever dealt with this company? They have a few bars that are on sale for what looks like a steal! Any thought?

Re: Extra gymnastics training?
Thanks, Blair.
Of the "7 families" which do you think is the most important as far as overall fitness goes. Also, how would you suggest one transitions from wall handstands into HS walks?

Re: Personal Gear That You Use For CrossFit
To each their own.
I almost always have wrist wraps, knee sleeves, weightlifting shoes, and nanos. I rarely use a belt, but prefer a thicker leather one when I do heavy squats / deads.

Re: Best air bike for home use?
I picked up an older gold "Schwinn Airdyne" off Craigslist for $100 and I love it! The "computer" has a digital timer, and an analog display that shows Pedal RPM and Load Indicator. I contacted...
