Just to be clear I'm not taking this or would I ever. I have someone I'm close to someone that thinks this is a new wonder drug. It's helping him sleep and recover...so on. Because he feels it works...

Yes I've read about the steroid links also. The argument was that in pill form it can't be absorbed or that the IGF-1 is distroyed by acids.
I can't find any long term studies about it. Again just...

Totaly agree. It's just a fad but. I also read the TTMJ a few months ago. It seems to be a big deal at some CFs... I say waste of $$ and not enough known about it. Just looking for more insights.

Yup, I just got a humidifier yesterday. We don't call in the ENT's here at the ER unless we really have a bleeder and when it's not BP issue.

Sounds like you and I had the same appointment. I just saw one of my ER docs today. Got some blood work done and was told not to workout for a week....yeah right! As long as I don't hang upside down...
