I'm also asking here because I'm wondering if...

Pill cases for supplements, what do you use?

While I'm not taking a crazy amount of supplements or anything, I can't seem to find anything even close to the right size.

I'm looking for a pill case, ideally with 3 or 4 compartments for each day...

I've added Turkey, Shrimp and Lamb.

I've also changed the wording to indicate "lean body mass" vs. "body weight".

I've also added a FAQ entry on why I'm...

Re: How much protein should I be eating? Answer...

Good to hear it works well on a recent Blackberry, too! It's the one device I don't have access to test on.

The measurements for protein assumes cooked meat. The numbers I'm using are:

Re: How much protein should I be eating? Answer...

This (simple, quick and dirty) web app actually works really well on iPhones, iPads, Android phones and other mobile devices.

In my opinion, shipping a native client is almost never worth the effort...

How much protein should I be eating? Answer...

I went paleo in 2008 and have been geeked out on it ever since. We often hear the recommendation for "1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight", but it can be hard to put that in terms of real...

Re: Coaches Clips : Bring private digital coaching to your affiliate

Great point! If the athletes have videos they want to share, I could easily allow them to upload videos that are shared automatically with their coach for feedback.

The product is aimed at...

Re: Coaches Clips : Bring private digital coaching to your affiliate

Thanks! I do have some ideas as to what features might be up next, but I want to make sure I focus on my customers first and foremost. If, for example, drawing on top of the video, showing ideal...

Re: Wodfinder.com : All the WODs in one place!

Glad you like it! As you noted, some posts from affiliates (or blogs we all love to check otherwise) write posts that don't include workouts, and in other circumstances the actual WOD will be toward...

Re: How to prepare batches of meat for the week?

Perhaps my problem has been in trying to make neutral-flavored chicken/beef that lasts a few days, so I could then flavor it per meal.

If I let go of that and just go for a standard crockpot...

Re: How to prepare batches of meat for the week?

@Mike - Do you bake whole chickens and keep them whole in the fridge and shred some off when you need it? Maybe the problem I've had is that I'm only using chicken breasts?

@Meghan - I'd *love* to...

How to prepare batches of meat for the week?

I've been a paleo eater now for two years. My breakfast is entirely dialed in. Lunches are looser depending on where I am. For dinner, I cook every night for my family (wife and two young boys). ...

Re: Joints?

As noted above, fish oils are great for joints. I also know folks who found that they started eating a lot more tomatos (sauces and whole), which for them ended up causing inflamation and joint...

Re: Beef without a grill?

I bought a "grill pan" a few years ago, and use it all the time. It has raised ridges throughout so you get the grill lines, as well as fat reduction.

I use this for steaks, pork loin, burgers,...

I'm down 52# so far, and am now also in...
