Competition went great, I'm really happy that I did it. Shoulder was fine until the OHS. Days later it's still pretty sore, but I don't think there's serious damage.

Took some time off of the routine as I was traveling. Did a couple of workouts while on the road and a fair amount of jiu jitsu.

Hiked ~12 mile with 4000' elevation gain/loss a couple of days ago. Took two days for the legs to fully recover. :eek:

Warming up with the jump rope was horrid. I didn't get a single DU in ten minutes. After the timer went off I worked at for another minute or two until I got one. I guess there was too much rope work...
