i have a dog sled and you must have the ski's to make it slide on any surface.

i love it. i can push low/high, pull, harness it, attach the landmine to it

and its easier to store than a odd "t"...

be nice to make the frame a bit smaller, we change the settings, but a scroll bar comes up and just looks weird.

I keep mine CSCS renewal. But there are two ways to go about it:

1) maintain yur CEU's, you can earn them through CrossFit seminars under the home study courses and attending your state level...

I never used the hi tech plates with bumpers.
But fair warning, they will crack in the center if you keep dropping them on a unpadded surface (thin carpet over concrete).

Yes, the md plates are cheaper in price, but they are super duper thin. thinner than the 10 lb plates.

we have one shower/ bathroom. its convient for us, two athletes use them b/c they work next door.
we also have sportsmith next to us and they use it for lunch or right after an evening class before...
