I think this works on iPad. It will not play the sounds though, because that is a web browser restriction from Apple

Yes, I had surgery. Took 4-6 months to recover fully (because it was a tear they didn't want me lifting anything heavy for quite awhile). It took a few weeks just to get range of motion back......

I had a labrum tear - had full range of motion and not much pain, only in certain movements. Therefore in my opinion , yes it is possible. Can't speak about an RC tear though

Hi Jeff. What web browser and operating system are you using? I do not believe a plug in is typically required for Windows or Mac using FireFox or IE 6, IE 7, or IE8.
