i work 11 to 12 hours a day runinng in and out of are hanger. so when i get off im pretty tired i like taking jack3d it gives me the drive i need at the end off the day to work out.

Knees feel tight

My knees feel tight after doing legs yesterday I did over head squats front squats and snatch practice . its on the back of my knee. No real pain just feels realty tight. any thoughts thank u!

i am going to use them strickly for lifting. is the extra strap on the nikes make it fit any tighter than the adipowers. and i was also woundering how the sizing is, i wear a size 12 in new balnce...
