Actually the CAP OB-86PB uses 150k not 125k steel. The OB-86B uses 130k steel. So in fact none of the Cap bars use 125k. The Cap bars carry a 5 year warranty.

Ken I am sorry I didn't see this question earlier! The diameter of the Troy 35lb KB is 35mm (+/-) or 1.376" (+/-) so the circumference is going to be about 4.3"
