By your first cycle, did you mean the ramp-up? If so, then it's correct. If ou've already done the ramp-up and this is your first full cycle, it's not correct. Least that's what I understood of...

I'm no expert, but I died when I tried to do that. 4 days of ME killed, so I wouldn't do that. Maybe put in one day that's a bit lighter, only metcon or so.

I agree with Jay. If you think the metcons aren't tough enough, just make the weight heavier and go harder. They're short for a reason.

I did my first cycle on a calorie deficit, lost about 6-8lbs of weight, and increased my lifts in leaps and bounds. Felt tired and sore a lot but I reckon you can pull it off. Wouldbe interested to...

Put simply, I've started doing:
Back Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Rest
Long Metcon, Front Squat, Press, Rest.

3-1-3-1 cycle, seems good enough for now. I don't think you need two full metcon days, as...
