Re: What should I buy at Lululemon?
I got a pair of their Kung-Fu pants as a Christmas gift last year, and really like them. They're like a nicer, lighter pair of sweat pants.

Finally got mine. :kicking0:
I can see the hype now. I really like them. Could I have lived without them and done just fine in my Nano 3's? Yes. But I am still pleased with them overall. ...

Same here. (except different color) Road Runner said that they expect them to be in tomorrow (July 1) and then I should have them right after that. :pepper:
So, apparently poking the UPS guy...

Re: Nike Metcon
Since I wanted the black/grey, I took your advice and pre-ordered from RoadRunner. (which, by going with them, I got 10% off too)
So, hopefully they should be shipping out next week. :pepper:

You were allllmost my hero for a minute there, since that's the color I was waiting for.

Re: Pain in 1 hip but not the other
Not what you want to hear, but it could be a torn labrum, or a hip impingement (FAI).
I only know this because I have both issues, in both hips. I had to get a MRI to find out for sure though.

Re: Adductor tightness
The best move that I have found for adductor rolling is to set a barbell at about waist height. Then hike a leg over it, and slowly roll the bar, smashing those muscles all the way down on both...

Re: How do you incorp vegetables in your diet
What about getting a juicer? It is significantly easier to drink a bunch of vegetables than it is to eat them. I'll toss in kale, spinach, celery, romaine, cucumber, ginger, green apples, and some...

Re: Rehband Knee Sleeve Fit
I'd say that you want them to be snug, but certainly not cutting off the circulation. Can you still move in them? (i.e. doing air squats, etc.)
And I will wear mine for the entire time I am at...

^^this. I got the 2-prong Athlete belt, and wish I would have just gone with the single. After a max attempt, it's a big rough trying to get both prongs out.
For me, the Athlete is too big...

PR'ed at the end of our clean & jerk ladder yesterday @ 215. I think there may have been room for 225, but we still had the wod to do afterward. Still, felt pretty good about that. :pepper:

I think the issue with something like what you are looking for, is that everyone is built slightly differently. Even with the simplest movement - the air squat - there is a huge issue/debate on the...

All good points above. I'll just add a few notes that helped me out.

$29 + Amazon Prime = I should be trying this out by Thursday :kicking0:
And like many have said, if it doesn't work, I can just use it to actually wax my car. :D
