I usually just make a cold chicken or cold meat salad or something around those lines.

Chicken, Tomato, Avocado, any other fresh salad item I have lying around and usually I cook up Sweet potato...

I find that if i over sleep ( more than 7 or 8 hours ) im ruined for the day.

It honestly affects my workouts, I have more energy / strength / motivation to workout if i have between 6 - 8 hours...

I have had the same issue recently. Ive found just rubbing a bit of chalk along the bar has helped a bit with grip.

As far as matting goes I picked up just under 30 M squared for a few hundred dollars from graysonline at the start...
