I don't care what they say you can use a sledge.... It does make it harder when you use a regular macebell... If anything I would just get the book or the DVD for the exercises...

I use an old weight lifting belt.... Since I've gotten my midsection up to par and don't really use it for lifting anymore, I didn't want it to got to waste....

I'v got a Howards and Krugans.. The Howards is much thinner and lighter not quit as hot... My Krugans tribal has been the best and l've owend even if did take forever to get it broke in......

I've used both and REALLY like them.... At my house I have 6" and 4" regular double end bag... the lines are a little loose which allows a lot of movment. You really have to move to keep from getting...

These are a breeze to make with a small mini basket ball some quickcrete and a shovel handle.... I've made several and they are fun to play with... Most of the instructions that I've found recommend...

I built a prowler sled out of an old military bunk bed frame and some other odds and ends laying around my shop..... I bought both my 2" and 3" manila and nylon ropes at a tools surplus shop... Tires...

Ya i've been rowing for awhile at the gym and a buddies house, I'm averaging
