Burpee Tightness
Hello,
Sorry if this has been asked; the search function didn’t help much. When doing burpees, and jumping my feet to my hands, I can only get my feet to jump about half way between where my feet...

Re: Heel Not Resting Flat on Ground
Hey Mike,
It's been good and not good. My calves were definitely tight alongside my Achilles. I started smashing them (calves and Achilles) several times a week with a 45# bar. This helped a lot....

Heel Not Resting Flat on Ground
Hi all,
I wasn't exactly sure how to title this or where to post it, but I have an interesting situation that I am thinking could be a tight Achilles of calf muscle. When sitting in a chair with...

Re: Rest Day Macros - Invictus Competition
Tim, I assume you follow Invictus Comp or similar? Do you notice any issues with energy come Monday by keeping your carbs low on Sunday? I am assuming you replace those calories with high fat then? ...

Lose last few pounds? Diet critique please
Hi everyone --
I have been following The Outlaw Way for a good 8 months now. It took me quite awhile to learn that my calories were not high enough as well as my carbs were too low--so I wasted a...

Re: More carbs, or more fat? Or both?
I totally agree Luke. Honestly, I tend to weigh nearly the same every single time I've weighed myself within half a pound. 4-5# is like an anomaly in my world in terms of weigh-ins!
Will keep a...

Re: More carbs, or more fat? Or both?
Thanks, Nick. I'm following Daryl's advice as well and upping my carbs to 400g/day, ~170g protein, and the rest in fat. I weighed myself today and have actually lost 4 lbs. since my last weigh-in two...

Re: More carbs, or more fat? Or both?
I currently weigh 160# and I feel as if a solid weight of 170# would be something I should aim for with increased muscle mass.
My goal is to be an all around better athlete and increase my lifting...

Re: More carbs, or more fat? Or both?
Bob, thank you for your feedback. I am not afraid of carbs by any stretch of the imagination. My CURRENT breakdown takes me to about 350g of carbs. But my issue was that I was never sure if that was...

Hi Rich,
Perhaps that is the best option. On my rest days I usually take it pretty easy. But I understand where you're coming from and apprecaite it.
Moving forward, I would still like to gain...

Re: More carbs, or more fat? Or both?
I've decided to go the 1g protein/BW route which would give me 160g of protein.
I am still utterly confused in regards to how many Carbs I need, however. I've seen anywhere from 150g - 400g as...

Thank you for your insight first and foremost. I use to take BCAAs PWO, but just haven't gotten around to buying more from AtLarge Nutriton. I'll order some soon and tryem pre-WO.

Hi everyone,
I am trying to get some insight into my diet (below) and where I can improve. My issue is that when I follow The Outlaw Way's 3-on, 1-off, 2-on, 1-off schedule (sample below as well),...

Quick question: does the length/amount of time someone takes to eat their meal cause any real negative effects on the body?
For example, I love carrots. I eat them at...
