Yeah, sleep is huge. I need 8 hours. It's the single biggest thing that changes when you turn 40.

I'm alternating between 5x3 and 3x5 each week, as I understood that to be what the article meant by "ratcheting". I set a 3x PR weight in the BS one week, hit the same weight for a 5x PR the next...

I'm starting my third cycle of incorporating CFSB principles into the main site WOD. I'm on a repeating 4 day cycle:

metcon - squat ME - deadlift ME - rest.

For now I'm skipping the FS and...

I'm the opposite ... satisfied with my UB strength but not with squat and dead. I'm going to skip the presses and repeat this cycle: metcon - squat -deadlift - rest. Do you think that is too much?
