Re: Optimum nutrition...

I take a protein powder daily for the simple reason that I don't want to eat meat 5 times a day. My daily protein intake is ~215g per day. I just don't want to eat 2lbs of meat daily.

Re: Tragic Pet Deaths

I was devastated when I had to put my ten year old German Shepherd down because her liver was failing. I loved her so much. I'm getting choked up just writing this and it's been almost five years. ...

Re: How long after workout till hydration window closes.

There is no hydration window. Not sure what makes you think there is.

After your workout, immediately take a protein shake with some simple carbs. Then an hour later, feast like a barbarian on a...

Re: Define "functional movement" in your own words?

I don't agree with this at all. You just illustrated why above. The bicep curl has developed a bad rep because of *****s doing curls in the squat racks and frat boys who don't train legs but curl 3...

Re: Defranco on Crossfit for Athletes

Strength training, perhaps. Conditioning is quite another matter.

Having played competitive basketball, baseball, and rugby I can tell you that if you're a competitive baseball player who's...
