No problem, post here again and tell us what Crossfit HQ says. I know I had to send the email a couple times before they got back to me.

Re: Not affiliate yet, just a group that works out and does crossfit

Re: Bruising from Dead Lifts.

I had this problem a number of years ago and I remember it hurt like hell to grip my goalie stick tightly. After googling it and looking around I think it could be a very mild case of Dupuytren's...

Re: Quads incredibly sore and tender

I find a nice, slow, controlled stretch helps out huge the following days. Same with a lot of walking, I find it's best not to just lie down and let them tighten up. Some light lunges might also work...

Re: Calculating Power.

The only reason I bring up power output and how to calculate it and such is because Coach puts such an emphasis on it through out the videos, and especially this quote in the 'Foundations' Journal:...

Re: First Fran

My first "Fran" was my first ever Crossfit WOD. I got punched in the face so hard by the workout and still do. I started with 65lbs and had a time of about 12:45. I can now do it with 85lbs 8:23....
