Yes, got it from the website. There's a small one that goes from 9 to 25 lbs (I think) and a larger one that goes from 35 to 70 lbs. I don't know if they still sell the larger one, they didn't last...

Go with crossfit. Add strength work as necessary. Check out crossfit strength bias (CF journal article), Bainbridge's log, gant's hybrid, etc.

Supposed to be funny ha ha.. you're discussing somewhat of a powerlifting oriented strength program.. a lot of taller powerlifters end up in 275 / 308 / SHW classes.. etc.

No, it means do 1 pull up, take a break for 30s-a few minutes. Do another one. Repeat. It should only take 8-10 minutes to complete all of the pull ups.
