Fish oil contains other stuff besides EPA and DHA, but those are the big things that matter. So you add those up and then take as many capsules you need to fulfill your goal.

Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, but I'm currently taking Cod Liver Oil that has 260mg of EPA/DHA per cap. Is this advisable or is there a distinct advantage to actual Fish Oil?
