Over head press, bench press, incline bench press, squat, leg press, dead lift, calf raise, barbell curl, hammer curl, etc.. I understand some of these are within Crossfit. But they are not in WODs...

Well my definition of body building is just enganing in strictly isometric/compound weight lifting. Where as Crossfit to me does have some isometric/compound weight lifting, but personally just not...

After looking at the 70s big website and their nutrition I misunderstood what the program was about. It pretty much is a very simple weight lifting program...
