I'm taking them to ease digestion, create most consistent BM's, less bloating/irritation, etc.

Currently eating Paleo, and notice irritation if I consume too many raw...

HSPU --> Broken Blood Vessles

Completed Tuesday's WOD this morning (which includes 5 rounds of 5 HSPU).

I now have a bunch of a red dots around my eyes. Nothing major, but I noticed it when I was looking closer in the mirror....
