will definitely need to add these back in as i move back into tri training...just stick with sweet potatoes right now and the odd pasta dish when the wife insists on cooking it for herself....

Michael - forgot to mention - im just using the numbers that the BOD POD results gave me - just over 2600 calories was a normal day with an office job and no exercise. Basic was just below 2100.

maybe i need to consider bumping the protein up - im hitting around 150G a day - my LBM is around 175lbs

our WODS consist of warm up,...

i initially said 'say i burn... not i do burn.. i was giving estimates for the purpose of laying out the math but not to worry.

i feel like the calorie target im on right now is pretty good for me,...

myfitnesspal seems to lower the calories burnt as my weight has dropped...but granted...im only using it as a rough estimation

29 - 6ft 3 - 225lbs, 22%bf (Bod Pod test), - obvious target is a lower bf%.

Triathlete/runner/crossfit. Calories burnt comes from calculation on myfitnesspal.... when i say i run..im running a 10km...
