Great work, Bryan, keep up the great progress. My guesstimate for an outdoor 5K for you on level terrain based on your height/weight would probably be in the neighborhood of 20:30 - 21:00.

Hey guys, I'm from NJ but I'm stationed in WA for now. When I'm home I train at NYSC - Matawan, where I was a personal trainer. The gym is CrossFit-friendly for the most part.
