If ya have to have milk and you are paleo, go for coconut milk ...pure, unsweetened. But i would never take a glass of it...a bit in my tea works perfectly for me!

Just to add to this, I also have had this tendency for most of my adult life (and I am a grandma now--so thats been a while!!). And adding fiber, where flax (linseed), psyllium, etc never helped me....
