Every other post it seems someone is jumping up and down arguing semantics or the efficacy of this lift/statement/science/whatever, based on...

Re: My Mma Regimen

Yeah, it made a believer out of me. I could crank out a good 35+ regular push-ups, but when tried the tempo method, I could barley get 8 (starting fresh), but then no trouble doing a regular push-up...

Re: My Mma Regimen

It works different muscle fibers. Try doing a set of push-ups very slow, like 2-4 seconds down, then 2 to 4 up (do not stop) maintain a constant motion and go to failure. Then do a regular push-up,...

Re: My Mma Regimen

Re: Inversion Table

I have a Teeter Hang-up, the GL9500. Love it. I'm 6'4", around 270. It's easy to use, comfortable (once you get used to be upside down) and way better than the old gravity boots and pull-up...

Re: Sled Dragging al la Louie Simmons

I'm looking at sled dragging primarily to strength posterior chain. I have pretty weak hamstrings and hips. This looked like a good way to strength them in addition to other exercises.

Re: York GHD

I have that exact model. While it's fine for the home, I would not want one for the Gym.
