Re: Help my squat (video)
Going a tad too low, or lower than you need to go. Knees have been mentioned. Try running a low bar vs high bar. Sit back more. Try squatting to a box and trust that it's there. I think your width...

Re: Why No Powerlifting at the Games?
Anderson Back Squats from pins, bench from pins, etc. That way they could alleviate the spotters. I agree that there is not enough. I like the strength stuff and could care less how far they can...

Re: Knee issues
Before SynVisc, Scolera Therapy was what they did. Either that or Cortizone. I never did the Cortizone. I used to get my ST injections once every 4 months for my knees. It made a WORLD of difference....

Re: Do you need to take Creatine everyday?
Here's my take. I've read TONs about Creatine over the years and this is what I've decided on and what I've done for about the past 5 years, at least. Every morning I wake up I drink a protein shake...

Re: Justify the cost of Wodify
I think it's cool and cutting edge stuff but I've used RxGymSoftware for almost 4 years now. I pay $15/month and it does almost the same thing as Wodify. The only thing Wodify does that mine doesn't...
