I am curious about blood panels, what do they look for in regards to training, crossfit.

RX Jump ropes

I ordered an RX jump rope and I used their method for sizing, however it is too long. Has anyone had to shorten their current jump rope? I ordered the Buff 3.4 cable.

I am curious about the swedge...

Significance of 21-15-9

Tight where it is tough to straighten my leg out, when I am sitting in a chair, bending over to tie a shoe.
