I think MMA has its own difficulties, learning skills, jujitsu and conditioning.

I believe in increase weight every week. It helps me but there will be a point where you have to stay on that weight for another week to adapt to it.

yes, adaption is key to strength training. IMO...

I completed the workout in 30mins.
I just learn my double unders, i can go unbroken up to 10.
but burpees... i would say i can finish 20 in 120s at least after the first/2nd round. =(

I've been incorporating metacon based exercises, usually 400m runs.
But I don't sprint on the workout, I maintained an appropriate pace to work along with other exercise movements.
