I like Martin a lot. As much **** as he talks about Crossfit he still trains clients using it's methodology if they request it. Point about tracking lifts and lifting heavy is good though.

Basically it's a daily fast. For instance only eating between noon and 8 PM (16 hour fast). Martin recommends eating calories +20% on lift days and -20% on rest days. The biggest meal is post workout...
