Some might say your hips come up too quick but I'd say you're fine. My deadlifts look the same way on heavier sets. Good stuff. Have you planned your opener yet?

So I'm going to go out on a limb and say that neck packing or positioning is not as big a deal as it is sometimes made to be here. As long as you are not craning your neck in some unnatural position...

Agree with what Nuk said, especially about jerking. Also, from that angle it seems like your shoulders are pretty far forward over the bar for a sumo. Individual positioning varies but it's a thought.
