As a former powerlifter and MMA/Kickboxer, I can tell you based on my experience that CF is perfect for MMA. Our GJJ gym uses CF for conditioning.

I think there is much more parity in the top pro MMA organizations than there is pro boxing. The playing field is more level among the MMA contenders than it is in boxing. Also, MMA does a better job...
