I'm just being honest. Sticking to the paleo diet has been difficult for me. ...

Question: "Alternate legs" in One-legged squats / Pistols

When the WOD says:

One-legged squat, 10 reps

For the one-legged squats, alternate legs.

Does that mean 10 reps on the left leg and 10 on the right or does that mean 5 and 5?
