Ha Chris…sorry didn't see your post. Meaning, benchmark workouts like Helen, Grace etc…I'm much slower. Body weight stuff, pull ups etc..slower, can't do as many. Running, slower.

I agree…it's weird. I'm not surprised that I'm slower…just how much slower I am. I'm 5'10" and 180…22% body fat…Just got dunked a month ago. I've been paleo for a while but just switched to zone...

I'm very fast at a 50 or 100 yard sprint even…but then I die. We do have running intervals, but not a lot. Today was 200m sprint, 10kbs, 15 burpees, this is they sort of workout that doesn't end...

Yes, we work strength daily followed by more of a metcon, but often with heavy weight. If it's not hard to improve conditioning…why am I going backwards? Thanks.

I work out at a CF gym, so it's maybe one strength day and mostly metcons. I've just added in extra running to try to burn some fat. I use fit day and I weigh and measure my food so know exactly...
