Its pretty humid here so I would never have given it any thought that bands could dry out.

I would say go top tier on the first 3 items; rack, bar, bench. They're used most frequently, thus you get the most bang for the buck on usage.

RML-3 / something equivalent

You've got a strong pull, the deads looked easy and looked clean. There may have been a slight movement where the bar traveled around the knees on...

a) 3'' from foot rest

b) pads are spaced 9'' apart

I would recommend trying what suits your feet and going with that. This works for me very...

Squatting, DL'ing, benching, pressing,

IE; lifting.

Relative strength = gymnasts

Absolute strength = power lifter

Explosive strength = weight lifter

You could try Dynamic DL's

Put band over the bar length-wise, center the section touching the ground together, then step on the band. Band should be touching the bar in (2) locations.

Wood rings have a better feel/texture and hold chalk better opposed to plastic rings. Same function though, work with what you have I would say.

Diameter could play a factor I would assume....

Front squat = Yes, shoes allow you to stay in optimal positioning (upright torso) much easier.

OHS = Definitely helps if you have ankle mobility issues - Olympic shoes will help you feel much...
