I found the mats in the floor covering area, same place they had rugs etc. It was just called anti fatigue flooring.

Ceiling height is just over 9 feet, and unfortunately no power outlets.

Only restrictions in the contract are no commercial use and no sleeping in the units.

The unit rents for about $170 a month, you get the first month free. My girlfriend and I crossfit together so it is actually economical for us, as affiliates around here cost between 150-200/month...
