Burpee Tightness
 
Hello,

Sorry if this has been asked; the search function didnít help much. When doing burpees, and jumping my feet to my hands, I can only get my feet to jump about half way between where my feet jump from and my hands.

I am wondering whcih muslces may be short or tight and limiting my ability to jump my feet to my hands without breaking at the back.

Without a video to demonstrate, it's hard to answer. But, I'd tell you to work hip mobility and flexibility.
