new to cross fit
Hey guy my name is Jonathan I have been doing cf for about a month. I just came off a 5by5 program for strength and want to now work on my endurance. I do the wod but want to also do cf endurance. I have been on there site but some of the stuff is confusing. Is there any more info on doing this? Thank you in advanced.:thanx:

Unless you are training for an endurance event, the main CF WOD should cover your endurance needs.

The CFE folks would advise you to work up to doing main page Crossfit 3-on-1-off. Once you're there, add CFE following the progression they suggest.

If you've only been doing Crossfit for a month, adding CFE may be a bit ambitious at this point.

Taken from CFE:

"CrossFit Endurance was created with the belief that you have taken the time to learn the skill of your sport. If you have not, you have no business here, or competing in this sport."

Don't try to jump into CFE, build your level of fitness using the main site WOD's, 3 on 1 off, then maybe consider it if you are going to be doing endurance events.

thanks for the info, I got off track with the strenght trainning. I am a climber and I have put on about 20 pounds. I want to loose it again but keep what I have gained from my last program.
