Part of having a Wordpress site built for you is being able to manage it yourself.

And hosting is not as expensive as they say. For a gym website you don't need any hosting beyond most basic shared hosting packages that can regularly be found for $4-$8/mo. I host many client websites for $80/yr.

I can change wording on the pages however if I want to re-position a page, rename a page, and most commonly ad/take down a flier then I rely on them. I also have to pay for my emails (I thought my last site included emails). Basically I just need the site to be updated to avoid hacker attacks, be taught how to post and take down fliers, and whatever else protects my site. Do you do this kind of work?

Does anyone have a good plugin they use for scoring? We have an internal competition and I've been doing excel but seems like there should be something better.
