40 Pullups
80 Pushups
80 Squats

Still fighting my cold, so I didn't push it hard today.

4 Broken Rounds (Pullups & Pushups)
4 Jumping Pullups
8 Pushups
10 Squats

12 Complete Rounds (2 squats short of 13)

Last time I did this I got in 13 rounds with jumping pullups in the last 5 rounds. This time I just did jumping pullups in the 13th round.

5 Rounds for time:

8 Pullups
24 Pushups
40 Squats

1. 2:09
2. 4:38
3. 6:55
4. 7:27
5. 8:03

Total Time 29:13 (Times for rounds 2-5 include 2 minute rest)
